Janello Torriani genio del Rinascimento. Closing

On 29 January last, Cremona’s Violin Museum closed the exhibition entitled Janello Torriani genio del Rinascimento [Juanelo Turriano, Renaissance genius], organised by the City of Cremona with the support of Fondazione Arvedi and Fundación Juanelo Turriano.

The showing, which opened on 10 September 2016, drew over 21 000 visitors. 


Segovia’s presence at FITUR 2017

The city of Segovia's Tourist Bureau participated in the 37th edition of FITUR, where Claudia de Santos, Councilwoman for the Historic Heritage and Tourism, introduced a number of initiatives of interest.

Fundación Juanelo Turriano thanks Ms de Santos for her kind words about our contribution to the reconstruction of Segovia’s Royal Mint Museum.

The showing forms part of the series based on records custodied by the School’s library; open to the public since 1 February, it will run through 17 March.
