Library query and user data These data are processed exclusively to reply to the query or to provide access to the FJT’s library services. Under no circumstances will they be used to send newsletters in the absence of the respective subscription. Subscriber data These data are used to send the recipients information from time to time on FJT activities and services, as well as invitations to events and conferences. Course participant data These data are used to register participants and issue certificates attesting to attendance or the credits earned. Grant and prize candidate data These data are processed to select applications for job offerings, doctoral thesis grants or prizes Donor data These data are processed further to the FJT’s legal obligations such as tax certificates or statements Speaker and collaborator data These data are processed in compliance with legal obligations and to issue certificates attesting to the services rendered. The data furnished to pose queries or submit other requests will not be used to send the FJT newsletter with information on foundation activities unless explicitly requested via subscription. Data storage period The personal data furnished will be stored and processed for the duration of the service and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations. In the event consent has been granted to receive notifications, the period will lapse when consent is withdrawn. Data will be retained until data subjects exercise their right to erasure , restriction of processing or both. In such cases the data will be disabled for as long as they may be needed to file or respond to claims or while processing is subject to judicial, legal or contractual liability requiring their retrieval.
