Prado Museum and the Borbón Monarchy’s cultural institution policy. Congress

Registration for the congress El Museo del Prado y la política borbónica de instituciones culturales [Prado Museum and the Borbón Monarchy’s cultural institution policy]  (14 and 15 January 2019) is now open. Applications to attend will be honoured until the auditorium is full.

One of the guest speakers at the congress, organised by the Sociedad Española de Estudios del Siglo XVIII and the Prado Museum’s Education Division, is art historian and Fundación Juanelo Turriano researcher Dr Daniel Crespo Delgado.

Ingeniería romana [Roman engineering]. Documentary film

The next two chapters of the documentary film Ingeniería Romana [Roman engineering], Ciudades II [Cities II] and Acueductos II [Aqueducts II], was premiered at Tarragona on 18 December.

These episodes, produced by Digivision and Spanish public TV and Radio (RTVE), will be broadcast in January.

Fundación Juanelo Turriano collaborated in their production.
