On 19 March 2024 the Judges Committee of the Twelfth García-Diego International Prize met at the Fundación Juanelo Turriano headquarters and decided to declare the prize void.

On 19 March 2024, the Judges Committee of the Twelfth García-Diego International Prize met at the Fundación Juanelo Turriano headquarters. The committee members were:

Claudio Olalla Marañón (chairman)

Inmaculada Aguilar Civera (judge)

Carlos Blázquez Herrero (judge). Attending on line.

Miguel Sobrino González (judge). Attending on line.

María Moreno López de Ayala (judge), absent, but her judgement has been submitted.

The Judges Committee recognizes the quality of most of the submissions but finds that, due to either length or subject, none of them quite meet the conditions set in the rules. The Committee has therefore unanimously decided to declare the prize void.

The Committee thanks all participants for their efforts.
