José María Goicolea is PhD. in Civil Engineering and full professor of Mechanics at the Madrid School of Civil Engineering. New members were also appointed to the Advisory Commission, namely: - Isabel Bestué Cardiel, architect (University of Granada)
- Pepa Casinello Plaza, PhD. in architecture (Madrid School of Architecture)
- Ignacio Menéndez-Pidal de Navascués, PhD. in civil engineering (Madrid School of Civil Engineering)
