The Royal Mint Museum at Segovia has extended the showing of the exhibition “Félix Candela: mastering slenderness”, produced by Fundación Juanelo Turriano and the Technical University of Madrid, to 23 February 2014.

Paula Fuentes González read her PhD. thesis at the Madrid School of Architecture on 20 December 2013. The dissertation, entitled Bóvedas de arcos entrecruzados entre los siglos X y XVI. Geometría construcción y estabilidad (Moorish (or off-centre) cross-ribbed vaults from the tenth to the sixteenth centuries: geometry, construction and stability), was supervised by Santiago Huerta Fernández.
